Director

Nick is the Director of Milestone Project Management with 14+ years experience in Project & Development Management of complex projects in multiple sectors; in particular commercial, mixed use residential, hotel, student accommodation, retail, industrial, aged care and childcare. He has extensive experience from front-end briefing through to complete project delivery and brings dedication to all of his projects.

His particular skills include briefing and scoping of Works Packages, Project Coordination, Financial Budgeting, Design and Construction Programming, Tendering and Procurement Strategy, Value Management, Construction Management, Contract Administration, Contract Superintendency and Tenancy Coordination.

Prior to founding Milestone Project Management, a majority of Nick’s career has been in client-side Project Management whereby he gained a wealth of experience in management of a wide spectrum of projects ranging in project values, from fitouts to CBD Commercial office, Apartment, PBSA and Retail towers. The successful delivery of these complex and challenging projects is where Nick thrives.

Project Manager

Daniel is a Project Manager at Milestone Project Management with 22+ years experience in Project Management across various industries; in particular the commercial, residential, retail, education, industrial, aged care, water, landfill, agriculture, energy and resource industries. He has extensive experience from preparing budgets & briefs through to project delivery working both as client side and contractor side Project Manager.

His particular skills include Stakeholder Coordination, Tendering and Procurement, Design Development, Project Coordination, Construction Programming, Construction Management and Contract Administration.

Prior to joining Milestone Project Management, the majority of Daniel’s career has been in the commercial construction industry, following the completion of a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics degree at the University of South Australia in 2000. Daniel gained a wealth of experience working as Project Manager for companies representing the Main Contractor, Subcontractor and Developer working on a wide spectrum of projects ranging from refurbishments, office fitouts through to greenfield sites.

Project Manager

Kavita is a Project Manager at Milestone Project Management with over 10 years’ experience delivering complex projects across a range of sectors, particularly education, retail, commercial, community and facilities. She has developed strong expertise across the full project lifecycle, from initial planning, briefing and procurement through to construction, commissioning and handover, and is known for her practical, collaborative and client-focused approach.

Her core capabilities include project coordination, stakeholder and consultant management, budgeting and financial reporting, design and construction programming, tendering and procurement, contract administration, cost management, commissioning and handover, and the delivery of projects within live operational environments.

Before joining Milestone Project Management, Kavita built her experience in client-side project management and property roles within established organisations, where she worked across retail developments, refurbishments, facilities upgrades and major capital works projects of varying scale and complexity. She is particularly well suited to complex, stakeholder-driven projects and brings a calm, considered approach to achieving successful outcomes.

Project Manager

Jacob is a Project Manager at Milestone Project Management with over 2+ years experience and studied a Bachelor of Project Management at the University of Adelaide. Adept at utilizing project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance overall project efficiency, Jacob is eager to contribute academic insights to practical project scenarios, fostering a dynamic learning environment coordinating with each project team discipline. Committed to delivering excellence in project management, demonstrating adaptability, and continuously enhancing skills to contribute meaningfully to the success of project initiatives.

Jacob’s key skills include communication, strong work ethic, leadership, organisation and intuition which have helped him excel in a variety of professional environments.

During times of challenge and adversity is where Jacob thrives. He is highly motivated to learn and adapt to different circumstances and situations while aiming to maximise project potential. Dedicated and results-driven, Jacob values the importance of managing projects’ risks, budget, and programme to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.

Project Manager

Jon is an experienced client-side Project Manager with 10 years’ experience delivering residential, commercial industrial developments across South Australia. His background spans both client-side project management and contractor environments, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the full development and construction lifecycle. This includes feasibility, due diligence and site acquisition through to planning approvals, design coordination, procurement, construction and project completion. 

Throughout his career, Jon has managed a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial and industrial facilities, residential subdivisions, medium-density developments, custom residential housing and government projects. He has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary consultant teams, managing project budgets and programs, administering procurement and construction contracts, and coordinating project stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes that meet program, budget and quality objectives. 

Jon is recognized for his proactive and collaborative approach, strong commercial acumen and practical construction expertise. He builds trusted relationships with clients, contractors and consultants while maintaining a solutions-focused mindset, enabling him to effectively manage project risks, navigate complex project challenges and consistently deliver value throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.
