The Colley Terrace Hotel is a mixed-use seven level development located at the prominent corner of Jetty Road and Colley Terrace, Glenelg. The offerings include a 59-room boutique hotel, The George Glenelg complemented by ten individual ground floor retail tenancy spaces.

The project journey involved many hurdles and complexities to resolve, working closely with the client, builder and project design team to deliver solutions that informed the quality of exterior and interior finish to meet the brief in providing Glenelg with a new benchmark in boutique luxury short-stay accommodation; with the finished built form speaking for itself. 

The Client appointed Milestone Project Management as Project Manager and Superintendent for the construction phase. 

The project reached completion in Q1 2025.
