Keith Cameron \| Managing Director BEng (Hons), MIEAust, CPEng

His commodity experience includes iron ore, gold, coal, copper-lead-zinc and industrial minerals. Since launching his own business 15 years ago he has delivered projects for many high profile clients including BHP Billiton, Xstrata Zinc, Xstrata Copper, Newcrest Mining, ACI, Industrial Minerals, Rio Tinto Minerals and Pilbara Iron. Keith is a specialist in managing all aspects of project implementation including engineering design, feasibility studies, estimating, scheduling and project cost analysis.
Glen Doherty \| Commercial Manager BComm, CPA, MBA Glen is a management and accounting professional whose experience extends across several major Australian resources companies. He has in-depth knowledge of commercial management functions including contracting strategies and business arbitration. With additional skills in land management practices and statutory approval processes, Glen brings a breath of commercial project management expertise to Milestone.

Sandra Dobbs \| Project Controls Specialist Sandra has over ten years experience in project controls, with particular emphasis on gold, coal, iron-ore and industrial mineral projects. Sandra specialises in the planning and implementation of whole-of-project office systems and has significant expertise in proprietary cost control systems and scheduling software such as JobProms and MS Project.

Richard Cliff \| Mechanical Project Engineer BEng Richard is a mechanical engineer with project management experience. He offers a valued history of engineering accomplishments from the construction industry, as well as the defence and offshore sectors.

Danielle Miller \| Document Controller BEd Danielle has over ten years experience in administration roles within the mineral processing and retail environments and has extensive experience on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and desktop publishing software. She is responsible for office management as well as document control on individual projects.

Deborah Harley \| Office Manager Deborah has over 25 years experience in secretarial / administration roles, predominantly in the oil & gas and mining sectors. She is responsible for the day to day running of the office and secretarial support to management and projects.

Liliana Dzananovic \| Project Preparation & Technical Illustrator Liliana has 20 years experience in administration roles within computer, mining, education and engineering sectors. She is proficient in desktop publishing software and programs from Microsoft office suite.

Walter Twycross \| Senior Estimator Walter has over 40 years experience in estimating and field management in the mining and construction industries. His career incorporates a diverse array of assignments for mining companies, engineering consultants, EPCM contractors and pipeline constructors in Australia, Africa and the UK.
