Michael Kevan \| Senior Process Engineer mailto:michael.kevan@milestonepm.com.au Michael is a senior process engineer with ten years experience in the minerals industry with a background in gold, nickel/cobalt and iron ore. This has included operations in the Eastern Goldfields, Mid West and North West Western Australia and Brazil. He has been involved in several new technology projects incorporating high pressure acid leaching of nickel and direct reduction of iron ore. Michael is responsible for flow sheet design, piping and instrumentation and test work programs.

John Eastman \| Senior CAD Designer John is a senior CAD designer whose career spans 42 years, including 13 years running his own turnkey design and construct business. John is a specialist in the field of minerals processing, predominantly in the nickel, gold, iron ore and mineral sands commodity markets. He has worked in Australia, Thailand and the Philippines and has a list of project accomplishments that includes the Leinster Nickel Smelter and Refinery for WMC, the Western Titanium project for Mineral Sands, Leinster's Agnew Gold project and the Broken Hill Minerals project.

Martin Rudd \| Senior CAD Designer Martin has nearly 30 years Mechanical/Structural/Piping drafting experience. He has been involved in structural fabrication, mechanical/materials handling, mobile equipment including excavators, shiploaders, stackers, reclaimers etc. Working on the North West Shelf he gained extensive experience in piping design.

Scott Forrester \| CAD Designer In 1995, Scott graduated from the Queensland University of Technology (Brisbane) with two bachelor degrees; Mechanical Engineering & Business Marketing. Since then he has gained over 13 years of broad drafting experience working as a CAD designer in various heavy-industrial industries including rolling-stock, boilers, shade structures & mining. Scott has worked with several design systems & standards in various engineering consultancies in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth & Auckland.

Brian Cassin \| Principal Mechanical Designer Brian has 40 years experience in the layout and detailed design of Australian minerals processing plants and has worked for numerous high profile engineering and mining companies including Fluor Daniel, McKee Pacific, Xstrata and John Holland Construction.

Brian Aldcroft \| Principal Structural Consultant CENG, MIStructE, MIEAust, CPEng Brian is a structural engineer with 45 years experience in civil and structural engineering projects in Australia and the UK. His career spans a wide range of EPCM contracts for a number of leading Australian and British engineering consultancies.

Jerry Chambers \| Senior Structural Engineer CENG, MIStructE, MIEAust, CPEng Jerry is a civil and structural engineer with 25 years experience in the mining, process, commercial and industrial sectors. As well as running his own consulting engineering firm, Jerry has significant project experience with firms such as Fluor Daniel, SKM, Xstrata and BHP Billiton.
